Summer Term Pricelist - April 16th to July 18th 2012

IMPORTANT IFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Ordering can now take place during the whole term, however the prices quoted are not guaranteed for the entire term, please keep checking Amdro for any changes in equipment and/or prices.

Please Note the following:

1. Only orders from Authorised Officers will be processed.
2. Cost codes must accompany all orders – we need the full 11 digit cost code.
3. For Chequebook schools, debtors invoices will be issued. Please put N/A in the cost code field on the order form.
4. On satisfactory receipt of goods, please email /phone the Service Desk to confirm payment can be processed, this will also enable us to schedule any installation that may be required.
5. Please remember that we need to know beforehand what email addresses you require – you must not use any you already have in the school and you must not use names or capital letters.
6. Installation of Projectors must be arranged by the school. We have provided the details of 2 companies below:-

As our supplier for laptops and printers has changed, the warranties are no longer registered on behalf of the school. Please ensure that all paperwork from boxes are kept and that warranties are registered.
