In respect of appointment to a post covered by the current pay and grading review for staff employed under NJC Conditions of Service, any salary protection arrangements which may be agreed with the trade unions will not apply to new entrants to the Authority who are appointed to posts less than 12 months before the new pay structure is implemented.
