DIVERT FOOTPATHS AND CREATE A CIRCULAR BRIDLEWAY UNDER SECTION 257 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 ON THE FFOSLAS RACECOURSE, TRIMSARAN The Executive Board Member considered a report detailing an application for the diversion of Registered Public Footpaths 57/13, 30/120, 57/14, 30/123, 57/16, 57/17 and the creation of a public bridleway on the Ffoslas site in order for development of an Equine Centre and Racecourse to take place. It was noted that no adverse comments had been received and the proposal met the requirements of section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, where the diversions were necessary in order for a development to take place. RESOLVED that the application be approved and that the appropriate Public Path Diversion Order be made under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

TIDY TOWNS PROJECT FINANCE APPROVALS The Executive Board Member considered applications for assistance under the Tidy Towns initiative which was funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and delivered in partnership by Carmarthenshire County Council and Keep Wales Tidy. It was aimed at improving the quality of the local environment through community action in all areas of the county and contributing towards a clean safe and tidy Wales. RESOLVED that the following applications for assistance under the Tidy Towns initiative be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report: Applicant Grant Glanymor & Tyisha Communities First Partnership £8,110.00 C. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS, VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS SOCIAL FUND 4.1 RESOLVED that the following applications for a Social Fund Grant be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report: Applicant Grant Cruse Carmarthenshire £1,250.00 Felin Foel Family Centre £2,000.00 LEISURE FUND 4.2 RESOLVED that the following applications for a Leisure Fund Grant be approved in the sums indicated subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report: M.M.
