Street Lighting Report Form

 

We inspect all lights every two weeks, recording and reporting any faults needing repair. 

If we receive fault reports, we arrange for repairs to be carried out. This process involves investigation of the cause of the faults within six working days of the fault being reported, and where possible, repairing the fault on the first visit.

Reporting a Fault Online

In order to help us deal with a fault online, please note:

  • Identification number on the lighting column or traffic sign
  • Address of the adjacent property, including its number, the road name and the town or village.
